Refund policy

Can I return my made-to-measure bed cover, throw, or cushion? 

- No, all products offered by Oddmens Studio are sewn and made to match the exact measures according to your choice. Therefore we can not accept any products in return when you have placed your order.  

Claims and issues

All Oddments made-to-measure products undergo thorough quality control in multiple steps before being packed and shipped. If your order was defective or faulty upon receiving it, we kindly ask you to start a reclamation case as soon as the defect has been observed. Describe the defect as detailed as possible and enclose pictures of the damage, in order for us to be able to assess your case as correctly as possible.

If your reclaim case has been approved, we will send you a return note which has to be used within 30 days - after that, the reclaim case will expire.

Normal usage and products purchased over 2 years prior do not qualify for reclamation.

Please note that all reclamation cases are to be handled over email. This is because of our need for traceability in the dialogue, and therefore we abstain from all reclaims over the phone or chat.
