Terms of purchase

Section 1: Purchase Conditions

When making a purchase on Oddments Studio's website, you also agree to Oddments Studio's general terms and conditions. By accepting these terms, the customer commits to the entire conditions and acknowledges having reviewed all pertinent information, agreeing to the handling of personal data and cookies in accordance with Oddments Studio's policy.

A purchase agreement is entered into when Oddments Studio confirms the order by sending an order confirmation via email. This confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of the order. The order confirmation should be saved for any potential contact with Oddments Studio's customer service.

Oddmens Studio reserves the right to change prices, sell out items, and correct any factual errors that may exist on our site or in our advertisements. Factual errors include, but are not limited to, pricing errors, product descriptions, and incorrect stock levels.

Oddments Studio reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions, prices, assortments, descriptions, or images on the website at any time.

Section 2: Complaints

All Oddments Studio's made-to-measure products and fabrics undergo thorough quality control in several stages before being packed and shipped. If your order was defective or incorrect upon receipt, we ask you to initiate a complaint case as soon as the error is noticed. Please describe the error or damage as detailed as possible and attach pictures of the damage to help us assess your case optimally. If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label that must be used within 30 days – after which the complaint case will expire.

For "non-approved complaints" of products, a service fee of 299 SEK per product will be charged to send it again to you. Normal wear and tear and products older than two years are not considered for complaints. Please note that all complaint cases are handled via email. This is to ensure traceability in the dialogue and therefore we do not handle complaints over the phone or chat.

Section 3: Applicable Law and Disputes

Swedish law shall apply to the legal relationship between the Customer and Oddments Studio. Oddments Studio commits to follow any recommendations from the National Board for Consumer Complaints. Buyers within the European Union can use the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If a complaint is filed through this platform, it is forwarded to the correct national dispute resolution body, which will attempt to resolve the dispute without court involvement.

Section 4: Force Majeure

Oddments Studio shall not be held liable for breach of terms caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, explosions, fire, lightning, severe weather, war, flooding, or labor disputes (whether or not involving our employees).

Section 5: Copyright

All products and designs are owned by Oddments Studio, organization number 559475-8061.

Section 6: Personal Data

Oddments Studio is responsible for all personal data received from you. The personal data you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, perform credit assessments, and provide you with offers. The information you provide is accessible only to Oddments Studio and will not be shared with any third party.
